Shipping Policy



At, we work with suppliers around the world to source high-quality products. Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  1. Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the supplier for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed during business days. The supplier and postal service provider process the orders, which takes an additional 2–3 business days.
  2. Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our suppliers to the destination. Orders are shipped using various shipping services based on availability. Once processed and dispatched from the supplier's warehouse, items generally take approximately 5 to 10 business days for domestic orders and 10 to 15 business days for international delivery. However, please note that delivery times may vary, and it can occasionally take longer, up to 45 business days, for items to reach their destination.

As soon as your product ships, you will receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times.
